A good friend of mine recently complimented someone, calling that person “the best kind of human“. While I appreciated the generosity of her statement and what it said about the author’s kind heart, after thinking about it, I realized how profound her statement was.
We are all the best kind of human. Each of us is going through individual struggles that none of us can guess at, and each day as we do a little better, we are proving we have that potential.
We went through amazingly difficult challenges before we came to this earth, and gained the kind of potential and connections that would ensure that we could return to that glorious home we left, and the association with our heavenly parents and friends. If only we could see that more inside ourselves and others each day. I think that’s all God asks of each of us.
